Asphaltica World
Save the date in Rome, at the Salone delle Fontane, to play a leading role in the second edition of Asphaltica World, a conference and exhibition event promoted by SITEBand Veronafiere Spa for the asphalt and waterproofing sector.
Focus
The Seminars will discuss and expand on topics of primary importance, such as the Procurement Code, the circular economy, smart roads and waterproofing. The intent is to present the activities and opportunities offered by the road and waterproofing sector for the revitalization of one of the vital sectors for the national economy.
In the first session, experts in the field and sector professionals will highlight the aspects on which it is necessary to intervene to improve the efficiency of the administrative and technical management of public road works contracts. In the afternoon, the session will be dedicated to sustainability and the circular economy. The discussion will focus on roads not only as forges for the recovery of milled products and numerous alternative products, but also of “sharing” services in cities, of sophisticated and clean technologies for an increasingly connected and zero-waste world.
On the second day, the first session will be dedicated to the future of pavements, smart roads and innovation in road technologies. On an international level, new and modern concepts have been proposed that have revolutionized mobility systems. Distinguished speakers from the science and industry will present their innovative experiences. The afternoon session will be entirely dedicated to waterproofing systems and polymer-bitumen membranes; materials, design, correct application and regulatory evolution.
Format
Two days of meetings and debates divided into four conference sessions dedicated to current issues concerning road infrastructures and waterproofing.
In the charming setting of the Salone delle Fontane – EUR, exhibition spaces will be set up for the exchange ideas or proposals and to discover the most recent technological developments proposed by leading companies in the sector.
